FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: there is claimed method of detecting point nucleotide substitutions in human genes, responsible for predisposition and development of cardiovascular diseases. Essence of invention also includes task to create biochip which ensures optimal functioning of biologically important macromolecules immobilised in it. By amplification and restriction of target gene fragments single-stranded fluorescently marked oligonucleotides are obtained and immobilised on biochip, hybridisation of marked amplified product on said biochip is carried out, interpretation of hybridisation results is performed by comparison of intensity of fluorescent signals obtained in hybridisation of oligonucleotides of mutant and wild types with investigated genome.
EFFECT: method allows to detect presence of mutations in analysed positions of corresponding genes.
