SUBSTANCE: device contains the first transistor (T) (1) whose base is the first input of the device and whose collector is the first current output of the device; the second T (2) whose base is the second input of the device and whose collector is the second current output of the device; the first resistor (R) (3) installed between the emitters of T (1) and T (2); the third T (4) whose collector is connected to the T (1) emitter; the first current stabilising two-pole network (CT) (5) connected between the T (4) emitter and the negative power bus; the fourth T (6) whose collector is connected to the T (2) emitter; the second CT (7) connected between the T(6) emitter and the negative power bus; the second R (8) connected between the T(4) and the T (6) emitters; the fifth T (9) whose emitter is connected to the T (6) base; the sixth T (10) whose emitter is connected to the T (4) base; the seventh T (11) whose base is connected to the T (1) emitter, its collector connected to the collector of T (2), its emitter connected to the collector and to the base of T (9); the eighth T (12) whose base is connected to the T (2) emitter, its collector connected to the T (1) collector, its emitter connected to the collector and the base of T (10).

EFFECT: increased linearity of input voltage - output current transformation.
