SUBSTANCE: device comprises first transistor, base of which is the first input of the device, second transistor, base of which is the second input of the device, resistor, coupled between emitters of first and second transistors, first current-stabilizing two-terminal element, coupled between emitter of first transistor and bus of negative power supply, second current-stabilizing two-terminal element, coupled between emitter of second transistor and bus of negative power supply, base of third transistor is connected to base of first transistor, emitter of third transistor is connected to emitter of first transistor, and collector of third transistor is connected to emitter of fourth transistor, collector of which is connected to collector of second transistor, and bases of fourth and fifth transistors are combined and connected to positive shift voltage supply, collector of fifth transistor is connected to collector of first transistor, emitter of fifth transistor is connected to collector of sixth transistor, base of which is connected to the second input of the device, and emitter of sixth transistor is connected to emitter of second transistor, second resistor is coupled between emitters of fourth and fifth transistors.
EFFECT: increased linearity of transformation of input voltage to output current.
