SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry, namely to production of coffee substitutes. Method provides for preparation of formula components, mixing of cocoa husks, cinnamon and vanilla and extraction of produced mixture by liquid nitrogen with separation of according miscella, girasol sunflower cutting, drying in microwave field at specified parametres of the process and frying, frying of barley and oat grain, impregnation of produced mixture with separated miscella with simultaneous increase of pressure, pressure reduction down to atmospheric value with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryo-grinding in the medium of released nitrogen.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce instant powder for coffee drink from non-traditional raw materials according to non-waste technology.
