FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining-and-processing industry and can be used for reconditioning worn-out parts of large-size drum mills. Proposed device comprises support platform to accommodate equipment to machine worn-out cylindrical and circular surfaces of coupling flanges and mill drum. Said support platform is jointed with rotary cantilever linked with the shaft fitted coaxially with the flange axis. Shaft coaxial position is locked by struts that rest upon journal or mill drum inner cylindrical surface. Said cantilever interacts with guide secured to the flange surface to fix distance between said support platform and machined surface. Support platform interacts with the rotation drive and is furnished with coordinate guide representing a plate or rod with ball on its end to roll on unworn surface of the flanges. Support platform can move radially on cantilever body. Support platform has extra coordinate guide representing a plate or rod with ball on its end to roll on unworn surface of the flanges. Note here that coordinate guides are located on both sides of support platform. Support platform interacts with the drive via screw gear.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, possibility of repair and reconditioning directly in-site.
