SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of processing high-energy organic wastes of the black liquor type with a large amount of organic and inorganic compounds of alkali metals in a chemical reactor, to a reactor to this end and its lining, as well as to a method of making material. The reactor lining contains aluminium oxide (AI₂O₃) and at least one alkali metal oxide (Me₂ ^(I)O) and alkali-earth metal oxides (Me^(II)O) which form a Me₂ ^(I)O·Al₂O₃ and a Me^(II)O·Al₂O₃ compound.
