FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: dynamic sealing includes elastic, mainly ring-shaped, sealing body having the first layer made from the first elastic sealing material and the second layer made from the second elastic sealing material. The first and the second layers are preferably made at one and the same time and vulcanised with each other and chemically sewn to each other. The first elastic sealing material is chosen in compliance with its dynamic wear resistance properties, and the second elastic sealing material is chosen in compliance with its residual deformation resistance properties at compression. The first elastic sealing material is preferably a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and propylene, and the second elastic sealing material is preferably fluorocarbon rubber. The first and the second elastic sealing materials have compatible vulcanisation systems, mainly peroxide vulcanisation systems. Manufacturing method of dynamic sealing is described as well.
EFFECT: invention improves the sealing reliability.
