FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: due to reduction of radar station time expenditures with needle beam for survey of "empty" angular directions, and also directions, where passive noise is effective, space surveillance is done by the main and auxiliary radar station. At the same time, using the main radar station with needle beam, targets are detected, their location is identified and escorted, and using auxiliary radar station, coordinates of angular directions are identified, which do not inclined criteria of targets availability in them, and when surveying space with the help of the main radar station, these directions are not inspected; at the same time criteria of targets availability in angular direction are availability of reflected signal, higher noise level, availability of organised noise, availability of radiations in the range of frequencies of radio-electronic means. Besides when using narrowband radar station as auxiliary one, as signal reflected from target is detected with Doppler shift of auxiliary narrowband radar station, it is measured, and to detect this target, main radar station signal processing device is coordinated with Doppler shift, besides criteria applied as indicating availability of targets in angular direction are availability of reflected signal with Doppler shift, higher noise level, availability of active organised noise, availability of radiations in the range of frequencies of radio-electronic facilities; methods are realised by a complex of radar stations made of the main and auxiliary radar stations, besides inlet of the main RS is connected to outlet of auxiliary RS, and outlet of the main RS is connected to inlet of auxiliary RS, at the same time the main RS has needle beam, outlet of auxiliary RS is intended for transfer of data on coordinates of angular directions, which do not contain criteria of targets availability, and outlet of the main RS is control one and is intended for control of modes of operation of auxiliary RS, besides auxiliary RS may be narrowband.
EFFECT: preservation of possibility for unambiguous high-accuracy detection of targets location and their escorting.
