FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: fixture assembly with auxiliary bolt, used for the production of aircraft structure elements, is equipped with the bolt having the first end and the second end and a head that is on the first end, the first section of bolt body that mates the bolt head and has smooth side surface of first diametre performed according to the hole surfaces in the elements for elements positioning, the second bolt body section, that is located between the first section and the second end, coaxial to the first section and having the second diametre less than the first diametre, and outer thread performed at least on the specified part of the bolt body second section. Fixture assembly is also equipped with the nut that has the first and the second side. The first hole on the first nut side has diametre more than the said first diametre, in the hole there installed the first section of bolt body with the gap, and threaded hole located in the nut second side axial to the first hole as its extension where there installed the second section of the bolt body. The connection of the second section of the stem and threaded hole is performed with the possibility of fixing the elements with each other by compression between the first nut side and bolt head. The first nut hole has more depth along the axis than threaded hole. Assembly method of aircraft structure elements includes fixing of assembly elements in the position of correct element holes alignment by the said bolt, the said nut, input of the second bolt end into the aligned holes and letting the bolt through the aligned holes with close contact of the bolt body first section with hole surfaces and element positioning and nut screwing on the bolt with the gap of nut first hole of bolt body first section part, and connection of nut threaded hole with threaded part of bolt body section with elements fixing by compression from nut first side and bolt head.
EFFECT: unit assembling and disassembling is made easier, hole surfaces damage is excluded.
