FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: device for generation of fast paging message generates a message of quick paging, identifying access terminal to specify availability of planned message of paging for this access terminal. Device generates quick notice of paging for each access terminal having planned message of quick paging, and value of compressed identifier is generated for at least one access terminal to be notified of in message of quick paging, besides value of compressed identifier represents identifier of full length, which identifies access terminal, besides full length identifier may be determined on the basis of compressed identifier value, message of quick paging is assembled to include compressed identifier, based at least partially on number of access terminals planned for reception of at least one message of quick paging, and signal of wireless communication is generated.

EFFECT: lower probability of missing paging as consumed power is reduced.
