SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the sphere of medicine, namely to surgical methods for treatment of peritonitis, and is intended to treat peritonitis. Primary operation is carried out to remove source of pathology, intraoperative sanitisation of abdominal cavity is carried out with application of ultrasonic oscillations, in process of primary operation hollow cartridges with detachable plugs are introduced into abdominal cavity, which are used to perform dynamic remedial laparoscopy under continuous visual monitoring, at the same time the first session is carried out in 24-48 hours after the primary operation, and each subsequent one is executed in 24-72 hours after each session, speed of ultrasound tool motion makes 0.5-3 mm/sec, time of ultrasound effect per one session makes 5-7 minutes, action of KZZ is maintained depending on clinical condition either in mode of automatic frequency control 70±20 kHz, or in automatic frequency control mode 40±20 kHz, and total number of sessions makes 2-5.

EFFECT: method is low-invasive, makes it possible to perform remedial dynamic laparoscopies, to increase efficiency of removal of exudate, pus, necrosis accumulated in abdominal cavity on completion of primary operation and not always removed via drains.
