FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: sensor has a reference vibrator which is supported in such a way that it generates reciprocal rotary vibration about a first axis of rotation as the centre, and a detecting vibrator supported by the reference vibrator so as to generate reciprocal rotary vibration about a second axis of rotation which is different from the first axis of rotation as the centre, as well as a unit for generating reference vibration for enabling the reference vibrator to generate reciprocal rotary vibration and a unit for detecting the value of displacement of the detecting vibrator relative the reference vibrator which is linked to the reciprocal rotary vibration of the detecting vibrator.

EFFECT: higher measurement accuracy.
