FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: oxygen indicator of for oxygen detection in a medical container contains: a) more than 6 and less than 60 g/l of indigo carmine; b) pH test buffer within the range of approximately 9.0 to approximately 9.75; c) microcrystalline cellulose within the range of approximately 150 g/l to approximately 210 g/l; d) reducer; e) water; and f) oxidation colour of the oxygen indicator different from reduction colour of the oxygen indicator where after autoclaving, reduction colour remains differing from oxidation colour, and oxidation colour remains differing from reduction colour within at least six months at 40°C. Also there is presented an indicator package for oxygen detection in a medical container.
EFFECT: enhanced indicator and more reliable indication.
