FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular to dairy industry and may be used for preparation of enriched curd mass intended for senior persons alimentation. The curd mass contains a curd base represented by skimmed curd (no more than 1.8%) and a filler containing vanillin whereto one additionally adds fried and milled sesame seeds and honey, initial components ratio, wt %, being as follows: skimmed curd (no more than 1.8%) -73-75; honey - 10-12; vanillin - 0.8-1.0; fried and milled sesame seeds - 12-14.
EFFECT: invention allows to expand the range of gerontological purpose products and mass consumption products manufactured.
