SUBSTANCE: described is a curd-and-vegetable product containing curd clot, cow milk, flax seeds, characterized by that it additionally contains oat flour, and cow's milk used is defatted milk infused with licorice roots, fried flax seeds are used as flax seeds, curd clot used is 1.8% fat defatted curd clot at the following ratio of initial components, wt.%: defatted curd clot with 1.8% fat content—61, defatted milk infused with licorice roots—24, oat flour—10, fried flax seeds—5.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase nutritive value of the product and expand the range of curd products.
