SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the dairy industry. The curdy product contains a curd base, namely curd 9% and a filler, while as a filler it contains apple pastille and blackthorn pulp and additionally contains pine nut oil and sugar with the following ratio of initial components, wt. %: curd 9% - up to 100; apple pastille - 7.0-11.0; thorn fruit pulp - 3.0-9.0; pine nut oil - 2.0-3.0; granulated sugar - 2.0-6.0.
EFFECT: invention allows obtaining a product with increased nutritional and biological value, improving its organoleptic characteristics and safety indicators.
