FIELD: mechanical engineering industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mechanical engineering industry in particular to impact and centrifugal crashers and mills with the vertical gas-static support arrangement and can find the application to different fields of industry for crashing and grinding metallic and nonmetallic materials; the crasher with gas-static support arrangement comprises the external housing, hammering-off elements fixed in the upper part of the external housing, the material accelerator located inside of the external housing, junction pipe for the supply of the basic material to the material accelerator located in the upper part of the external housing, the internal housing; the vertical gas-static support arrangement is located inside of the internal housing and made with bearing surfaces in the shape of the part of the orb; the footstep of the support is connected to the material accelerator by means of the vertical shaft making the constructive gap between the bearing surfaces of the gas-static support arrangement, its foot-step bearing is rigidly connected to the internal housing; the boosting chamber is formed by the internal housing, footstep and footstep bearing and connected to the bearing surfaces of the gas-static support arrangement; the ventilator is connected to the boosting chamber; the horizontal mounting group consists of the bearing assembly mounted on the vertical shaft connecting the material accelerator and the footstep bearing of the gas-static support arrangement; the upper supporting base is rigidly connected with the bearing assembly; the bottom supporting base is rigidly connected to the internal housing; the elastic supporting element is located between the upper and lower supporting bases; the milled material educting junction pipe and the drive gear of the material accelerator are located in the lower part of the crasher; the vertical shaft connects the material accelerator and the footstep bearing of the gas-static support arrangement; the shaft is made tubular; the lower end of the shaft located in the boosting chamber and the upper end of the shaft located in gap between the material accelerator and the horizontal mounting group are made with apertures.
EFFECT: enhancement of the operation reliability of the bearing assembly due to the prevention of grained material transfer to the gap between the accelerator and the horizontal mounting group by means of provision of excess presser in it.
