FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry, namely to production of moulded articles with enamel coat. Proposed method comprises producing the mould from sand mix by pattern, applying anti-stick coat onto mould casting surface, assembling the mould and pouring liquid metal therein. Layer of enamel ceramic material is applied on aforesaid anti-stick coat, enamel layer thickness not exceeding 5 mm. Melting point of enamel ceramic material is below that of poured metal. Metal is poured at temperature, some 150-200°C higher than metal melting point.
EFFECT: protective homogenous-composition uniform-thickness heat-resistant enamel coat.
