FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of preparing organic solvents involves fermentolysis of ground plant material until obtaining a sugar solution by treating with enzymes, fermentation of the obtained sugars on culturing medium using bacteria which produce butanol, acetone and ethanol, and extraction of organic solvents from the fermentation medium. The entire process is carried out in a single step, and organic solvents are extracted through diffuse evaporation through a liquid membrane using a vacuum. Solvent productivity of the process equals 8-8.3 g/l on average, output of solvents from sugars equals 32-35% and output of sugars from the material used equals 16-18%.
EFFECT: shorter, simpler and cheaper process.
