FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device has a measurement cell in which a specimen with the analysed substance is placed, the image of which is picked up using video camera with synchronous recording of the temperature of the analysed substance. The device provides real-time measurement of temperature of the analysed substance through thermal contact of the specimen with a liquid or gaseous heat carrier which is pumped through the measurement cell and whose temperature is dynamically controlled.
EFFECT: higher measurement accuracy.
