SUBSTANCE: low-frequency sensor of acoustic emission (vibration transducer) is installed on the device surface near the most loaded zone. EFFECT: providing the opportunities of non-destructive testing and diagnostics of the plastic instabilities, and early warning about the destructive dangers of products and structures of aluminium alloys, exhibiting discontinuous deformation and strip-forming, mainly of the aircraft Al-Mg system alloys.
