FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: coaxial magneto plasma accelerator with titanic electrodes is implemented as coaxial cylindrical conductive rod inserted into solenoid. There is a titanic fused jumper inside the above rod, which connects the front of rod and the central titanic electrode linked with one terminal of accelerator power supply circuit. Power supply circuit of the second terminal is coupled with solenoid end located apart from the central electrode. The second electrode end is coupled with the front side of rod, while the top of central electrode, front end of rod and front end of solenoid are located in one plane, which perpendicular to rod axis. The central electrode body is made from magnet material and overlaps fused jumper location area. Length of accelerating channel in titanic rod is equal to the solenoid length; cylindrical insert is available on the front end of the rod. The insert is made from steel Grade 3, which is 15-20 mm long and 3-5 mm wide.
EFFECT: increased effectiveness of titanic rod application as consumable material when titanic plasma is produced by electrical erosion methods from accelerating channel surface during high-current Z-pinch type arc charge acceleration process to produce ultra disperse powder materials on titanium basis.
