FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the physics of low-temperature plasma and plasma chemistry, to electrical engineering and electrophysics, namely to accelerator technology. Method for synthesizing nanodispersed titanium nitride is carried out by spraying an electric discharge titanium plasma of a coaxial magnetoplasma accelerator with titanium electrodes into a reactor chamber filled with nitrogen gas at atmospheric pressure, the synthesis is carried out in a reactor chamber with a volume from 0.022 m3 up to 0.055 m3 and from 0.057 m3 up to 0.098 m3 at a temperature of 0°C to 19°C and from 21°C to 40°C respectively.
EFFECT: technical result: regulation of the dispersion of titanium nitride in the range of 9-86 nm.
