FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery, and it can be applied for extraperitoneal colostomy. The sigmoid and descending colons are mobilised. A canal is formed through which the colon is delivered to a persistent stoma into the left iliac region, from the boundary level of the middle and lower one-third of the descending colon.
EFFECT: technique enables a normal passage in the distal colon.
