FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: case of catalytic neutraliser consists of walls, of end covers and of inlet and outlet branches. Inside the case there are arranged coaxial porous metal-ceramic catalytic blocks and a porous carbon-black metal-ceramic block. A convective heat exchanger made in form of a coil with inlet and outlet connecting pipes is installed in a cavity formed with coaxial concentric porous metal-ceramic catalytic blocks and the porous carbon-black metal-ceramic block. The internal cavity of the coil is filled with a heat accumulating substance, while the inlet and output connecting pipes are plugged.
EFFECT: raised efficiency of exhaust cleaning in internal combustion engine by accumulation of heat with heat accumulating substance and by stabilisation of exhaust temperature.
