FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: roller model of gear, mainly of low speed, consists of couple of rollers conjugated under load and installed on shafts equipped with drives. One roller has a cylinder profile and is mounted on the shaft positioned in a movable carriage operating under a conjugated force, while another roller has an ellipsoid shape; also the roller with the ellipsoid shape models operation of a working profile of working surface of a real gear twice per one complete revolution.

EFFECT: upgraded reliability of roller model and reduced time of analysis.
