SUBSTANCE: method of processing and disposal involves layer-by-layer laying of timber and bushes during winter period on the prepared ground with sealing, water and freezing with natural cold till all the available vegetation is laid; then, all the surface of the formed storage is covered with hydraulic insulation, heat-resistant ground and soil layer, which perform the function of protective envelope, which protect the storage against thawing during summer period, penetration of surface water and weathering; it differs by the fact that all the timber is pre-processed to pulp-chips, and thickness of single layer is determined from the following ratio: Nlayer=1.5|tamb|-15, cm, where: 1.5 and 15 - constant coefficients; |tamb| - absolute value of monthly average temperature of ambient air of winter months.
