The first and second functional units are connected electrically in parallel, besides, this parallel connection is connected serially with overvoltage protection device. Functional units form a common mechanical joint, besides, each case is surrounded with a separate elastic shell or another, also elastic, body, or both bodies are surrounded with common elastic shell or other, also elastic, body.
EFFECT: increased resistance to pulse current and efficiency.
