FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: source - improved node B (eNode-B) - sends request to transfer of service to receiver of eNode-B. Receiver of eNode-B sends response of service transfer to source of eNode-B, indicating that service transfer should be started. Source of eNode-B sends command of transfer service to wireless transfer/reception unit (WTRU), and the command includes information on reconfiguration, information of synchronisation tuning, information of initial planning on receiver of eNode-B and information on measurement for receiver of eNode-B. WTRU exchanges signals with receiver of eNode-B to do synchronisation of downlink, to tune synchronisation and dedicate resources of upperlink and downlink on the basis of information included into service transfer command.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of resources planning to do transfer of service in system of long-term development of the third generation.
