FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: mobile station comprises module for detection of quality of service (QoS) requirements, which is arranged with the possibility to determine requirements of service quality for data burst; module of descending channel condition assessment, arranged with the possibility to assess condition of descending channel; module for extraction of identification number, arranged with the possibility to extract identification number of mobile station; notification module, arranged with the possibility to communicate information to basic station on requirements of service quality requirements, identification number of mobile station and condition of descending channel by means of redundancy burst. Basic station comprises module of assessment of ascending channel condition arranged with the possibility to assess condition of ascending channel by means of redundancy burst; module of radio communication management arranged with the possibility to determine parameters of radio communication and to manage them on the basis of redundancy burst and measured of ascending channel condition.

EFFECT: reduced capacity of transfer and compliance with QoS requirements.
