FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cartridge intended for sterile mixing of two-phase compound. Proposed cartridge comprises first tubular case (2) that form first chamber (3) for solid phase collection, second tubular case (4) that forms second chamber (5) for liquid phase collection, appliance (6) to transfer said liquid phase from said second (5) to said first (3) chamber, and appliance (7) to mix said liquid phase with said solid phase. Said first tubular case (2) runs, in fact, longitudinally along lengthwise axis (X). Said second tubular case (4) can be arranged inside said first case (2) to slide coaxially therein. Said appliance(7) comprises mixer (8) acts on the mix in, in fact, stationary conditions to maintain solid phase dispersion in liquid phase, thus, producing the compound with uniform physical and mechanical properties in conditions of absolute sterility. Said mixer (8) comprises casing arranged to move coaxially to first tubular case (2) and second tubular case (3), and there between. Said hollow casing accommodates axially second tubular case (4). Aforesaid mixer (8) comprises mobile element (33) made integral therewith and arranged inside said first chamber (3). Said mixer (8) is connected with carrier (34) comprising gripping element (35) arranged outside said first (3) and second (5) chambers for mobile element (33) to be moved by operator inside first chamber (3). Said casing of mixer (8) comprises suitable connector spaced from said lengthwise axis (X) to allow rigid joint between gripping element (35) with said mobile element (33).

EFFECT: mixing of two-phase compound in conditions of absolute sterility.
