SUBSTANCE: invention relates to simulators. The simulator is adapted to mount to the construction and contains an inelastic elongated element extending to some length between two grips. It also contains an anchor which is adapted to mount to the said construction and contains a support for the said inelastic element, located at a distance from each of the grips, which when attached to the structure the support passes in the direction from the structure, and the said elongated element has an ability to move through the said anchor ensuring adjustment of the distance between each of the grips and the support by applying a pulling force to one or more of these grips in the direction from the anchor. It also comprises a limiter, comprising at least one loop attached to the said elongated element, and restricting the movement of the position by the distance less than the specified length between the grips.
EFFECT: simulator enables to maintain balance during exercise and provides a support through the mechanism that provides the ability to the elongated element with the grips to perform longitudinal movements of limited length.
