SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to simulators, in particular, to trainers which have inelastic band that can be easily adapted to be fixed to the structure. The simulator is designed to mount between the door and the door jamb when the door is closed and comprises an anchor having a first part, an enlarged part and an elongated part extending between the said first part and the said enlarged part. Furthermore the simulator comprises a pair of parts each of which is inelastic and has a length extending from the corresponding grip to the end, and each of the said ends is attached to the said first part of the anchor. And when the said anchor is mounted on the closed door its elongated part extends from the first side of the closed door to the second side of the closed door, its enlarged part is made without possibility of passing through the closed door, and its first part extends from the second side of the door for some distance, so that when the user pulls one of the two grips, the length between the grips is constant.
EFFECT: providing the ability of transformation of the simulator size, as well as simple and reliable mounting on different structures.
