SUBSTANCE: what is described is a training machine and a line anchor to attach the training machine to a construct. The training machine comprises a non-flexible elongated element having two ends each of which has a gripping tool. Furthermore, the training machine comprises a non-flexible anchor comprising a portion interacting with the elongated element so that the ends of the elongated element are arranged from both sides of the anchor. The first anchor comprises a door anchor, and the second anchor comprises a connector. The mentioned first anchor or the mentioned second anchor is attached to the mention construct. In addition to that, the training machine contains a flexible material comprising a loop to insert the first connector, the first anchor comprising the door anchor, and the second anchor comprising the second connector. The mentioned first anchor or the mentioned second anchor is attached to the mention construct.
EFFECT: simplified attachment of the anchor and enabled adjustability.
