FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment intended for sputtering of coats onto pipe outer surface in industrial conditions. Proposed device comprises extended supports made up of at least two parallel pipes with rotation drive. Detachable collars are fitted on the ends of pipe to be coated, with surfaces representing two screw ledges with identical parametres. Carriage with sputtering tool can move along the pipe and locked in three positions.
EFFECT: coating outer surface in continuous transfer of pipe on over conveyor.
