SUBSTANCE: device comprises a body (1), covering a pipeline (2), resting on its surface by wheels (3), installed at the sharp angle to the transverse direction of the pipeline (2), and also a unit of a processing tool (4), to the unit of the processing tool (4) there are flexible current-feeding manifolds (5) connected, besides, the wheels (3) are enclosed into shells (6) with the possibility of rotation on axes (7), perpendicular to the surface of the pipeline (2), at the same time rotation of the shells (6) is limited in the range of 90°-174° by stiff stops (8), (9), installed on the body (1). To facilitate control of position of stiff supports (8), (9) in case of necessity to ensure symmetrical rotation of shells (6) with wheels (3) the stiff supports (8), (9) are combined to each other into a single unit (10), at the same time position of rigid supports (8), (9) is controlled by a helical mechanism (11).
