FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: gas control valve consists of case with inlet and two outlet branches and of gates. A seat with a delivery orifice of a rectangular shape is installed in each outlet branch. One side of the rectangular seat runs through plane perpendicular to axis of a shaft. The gates contact the seats along interfacing cylinder surfaces perpendicular to axis of the shaft. Axis of the inlet branch and axes of outlet orifices of the seats are positioned in the same plane perpendicular to axis of the shaft. Both gates are coupled with one shaft. A "П"-shaped recess is made in this shaft on the side of the inlet branch. The "П"-shaped recess of the shaft envelopes internal diametre of the inlet branch on both sides. There are made rectangular grooves in the shaft. Symmetry axes of the grooves are in the same plane as axis of the inlet branch and axes of the delivery orifices of the seats. One pair of groove sides is perpendicular to axis of the shaft. The gates are fitted in these grooves with a gap. The gates project beyond surface of the shaft and close the delivery orifices of the seats in the same way. Length of the gate twice exceeds length of the delivery orifice of the seat closed with the gate. The end of the "П"-shaped recess of the shaft is located further from the inlet branch, than the gate.

EFFECT: reduced weight of valve.
