FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed valve comprises body with inlet and two outlet pipes, seats fitted at outlet pipes, rectangular flow bores, gates in contact with seats over mutually inversed surfaces of rotation and articulated with their appropriate shafts by bosses. Said bosses are rigidly engaged with shafts. Gates are arranged with radial clearance relative to shafts. Shafts feature common axle. Outer shaft runs in bearing fitted in cover and sealed by seal fitted in said cover. Inner shaft is fitted inside outer shaft hollow section to run in bearing and sealed by seal fitted in outer shaft hollow section. Sections of shafts opposite output sections are fitted in graphite bearing stepped in shaft lengthwise cross-section. Segmented groove is made in outer shaft in area of engagement between the gate and inner shaft. End walls of said groove extend through radial plane that pass through the center of shafts. Cross-section of said groove features a definite relationship of angles.
EFFECT: improved flow characteristics, decreased sizes and weight.
