FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: solid substrate of pore size 0.17-0.60 mcm is placed in 0.067 M phosphate buffer containing 0.14 M NaCl for 20-30 minutes. Then a substrate is dried at room temperature and placed in a plaque IgG solution (the solution is prepared at 500 mcg of dry protein in 1 ml of 0.01 M phosphate buffer) for 30 minutes at temperature 37°C. Then, the substrate is washed with 0.01 M phosphate buffer, and free regions are blocked with 1% sodium caseinate wherein a substrate is placed for 20-30 minutes at temperature 20-25°C. Thereafter, an analysed material is placed on the substrate to be immersed in the dispersed 'Diamix luminous red In' marked plaque IgG solution for 40-60 minutes at room temperature. Then the substrate is pulled out, dried at room temperature and visually analysed for the presence or absence of plague microbe antigens. If observing the coloured stains formed on the substrate, the presence of plague microbe antigens in the analysed material is stated, while the absence of the coloured stains on the substrate shows the absence plague microbe antigens in the analysed material.

EFFECT: simplified and more available procedure of plague microbe detection.
