FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: in system of radio communication user terminal sends packet of redundancy to basic station, using common channel (1) of control, basic station provides up-link of data to user terminal in compliance with packet of redundancy and provides the first jointly used channel (2b) of control to user terminal together with up-link of data, and user terminal sends control signal to basic station, using correlated jointly used upper control channel. According to condition of radio communication, basic station may in advance provide the second upper jointly used channel (2a) of control, which may be used by user terminal only in process of communication realisation by user terminal.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of using radio communication resources in system as a whole, realising efficient provision of control channel for control signal sent in communication up-link.
