FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to purulent surgery, reconstructive plastic surgery and traumatology. Perform surgical release of skin and dermotension. At the same time, surgical release of skin is performed by liposuction in an intact near-wound zone that does not communicate directly with the wound, at a distance from the wound not less than the thickness of fat tissue in the area. Width of the surgical release site itself should not exceed the thickness of the subcutaneous tissue in the near-wound zone. Intradermally, through the edges of the cutaneous wound, Kirschner's wires are held. Through the wires, ligatures are carried out in such a way that the wires are collapsed when they are pulled together. After adaptation of the edges of the wound, lipoaspirate obtained by liposuction is injected into the resulting cavity of the wound.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the efficiency of surgical treatment of patients with soft tissue defects on the lower limbs.
