FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Method includes carrying out transversal cuts of tendon on Ѕ of diametre at equal distance from each other in such way that cuts of one edge are located in intervals between cuts of other edge. Single oblique transversal cuts running from apex of proximal and distal transversal cuts in opposite direction are performed, double oblique transversal cuts in mutually transversal directions and equal in length to transversal cuts.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce trauma of tendon elongation and preserve its continuous integrity.
