SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in welding of high-alloy with the chrome content up to 25wt% and nickel up to 30wt% and heterogeneous steels. Applied onto a metal rod coating contains the following component ratio, wt%: dolomite 26-40, fluor spar 11.2-12.0, titanium dioxide 25.0-29.0, feldspar 0.5-1.0, quartz sand 0.5-1.0, periclase 0.5-0.8, chrome 7.0-9.0, ferrosilicon 5.0-6.0, nitrated manganese 4.0-5.0, molybdenum 2.0-3.0, nickel 2.0-2.5, iron-aluminium-zirconium addition alloy 0.5-1.0, nickel-magnesium-cerium addition alloy 0.5-1.0, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 0.3-0.5.
EFFECT: coating possesses high processability at crimping and tempering, electrode provides reducing the welded seam tendency to form hot crystallization cracks.
