FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to method of producing light noise-isolating covering (1") for car body, in particular for car front wall. Foamed noise-absorbing covering (1") is moulded in one work stroke by injecting reaction mix made up of polyol and isocyanate into foaming tool cavity. Prior to and/or in injecting at least one particular surface zone of foaming tool has such temperature mode that foamed moulded article one side features, mainly, solid pore-free film (1.1) of thickness smaller than 0.5 mm, while another side has surface (1.2) with open pores and/or thin transaudient film (1.4). Foamed noise-absorbing covering is moulded in one work stroke by injecting reaction mix made up of polyurethane soft foamed plastic with open pores.
EFFECT: lower weight, reduced costs.
