FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite materials. Proposed method comprises several stages. First, through hole is made in cellular material running from first surface of cellular material to its second surface. At least one fiber bundle is located on opposite side of cellular material surface. To grip at least one fiber bundle, it is necessary to penetrate via through hole from the first surface. At least one fiber bundle is pulled in and through said hole in cellular material. Three-layer structural element comprises central layer of cellular material with at least one through hole and at least one fiber bundle arranged compressed in said hole. Note here that cross section of said hole features the size whereat said hole is completely filled by one fiber bundle.
EFFECT: reduced weight that matters in aircraft engineering.
