SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new derivatives of 3-(2-carbonylvinyl)indole, namely to hydrohalogenides 3-[1-(2-hydroxy-3-piperidine-1-yl-propyl)-1H-indole-3-yl]-1-phenyl-propenone of formula I: 
, where R = H, Br, alkyl C1-C6, X = CI, Br, having local anaesthetising (surface, infiltration, conductor and epidural) and anti-arrythmic (anti-fibrillatory) activity.
EFFECT: production of new compounds, having local anaesthetising activity.
