FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method includes taking researched sample and its dissolution with water. Then sample is placed into device with indicator, arrow of which is set for maximum value. Then appropriate antibodies are added to sample, and availability of sought for microorganisms (antigens) is detected by rapid reduction of indicator readings from set maximum value to minimum value. Device to realise the method comprises indicator 4, connected with output of medium wave receiver 2, enclosed into metal casing insulated from penetration of rapid waves 2, and receiver is arranged according to superheterodyne circuit, at least with one heterodyne, device includes metering heterodyne 5 as source of received signals arranged near receiving antenna, oscillating circuit of which includes current-conducting plates 7 parallel to alternating capacitor and bent according to size of test tube 8.

EFFECT: invention increases sensitivity and reduces time required to detect changes.
