FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Method of endoscopic polypectomy with aspiration gripping and removal of polyp in endoscopic operations on gastrointestinal organs involves using a diathermic loop and endoscope. After the preliminary endoscopic examination of the patient and assessment of the size of the polyp, an operating two-channel endoscope is used, in one channel of which a teflon catheter is delivered, a detachable cannula is tightly put on the distal end. Aspirator is connected to the proximal end of the catheter. Endoscope with such a structure is delivered to the polyp. Thereafter, a diathermic loop is inserted into the second canal of the surgical endoscope to be inserted and tightened on the base of the polyp. Then the cannula is tightly brought to the polyp, in the lumen it is created constant negative pressure with the help of an aspirator, the polyp is completely drawn in it, the polyp is tightened and excised with a diathermic loop in the required place. Polyp is retained in the cannula and removed together with the endoscope with continuous operation of the aspirator. Cannula for endoscopic polypectomy is presented in the form of two solitary polypropylene hollow cylinders, the proximal diameter corresponds to the diameter of catheter 1.9 mm, the distal diameter varies from 3 to 10 mm and is selected depending on the size of the polyp.

EFFECT: using the given group of inventions enables to remove polyps of any size and type according to Yamada, visual control at all stages of polyp removal, by free manipulation of reliably retained polyp, excluding its loss at the stage of removal from the lumen of the hollow organ.
