FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stable pharmaceutical compositions of nanoparticles. Compositions contain poorly soluble medicinal agent with average size of particles below 1000 nm, solid or semi-solid dispersion carrier and, if required, non-surface-modifying excipient. Specified composition does not contain surface modifier or stabiliser. Also method of compositions production and their application are described.
EFFECT: compositions are characterised with stability in absence of modifier or stabiliser of surface absorbed on surface of medicine particles.
