SUBSTANCE: invention refers to apparatuses for training of both separate parts of body, and the whole grounds of muscles simultaneously, and can be used for working out of the basic motor qualities: force, endurance, flexibility, dexterity and coordination. A training apparatus for functional training comprises two support loops with handles, a cord and a roller, a second roller, two slings, at least two clasps, Tibloc, and a spacing bar. Each support loop from the handle is provided with second load and third limit loops, and the other end of the support loop is looped to interlock with the clasp. The Tibloc with the attached clasp is provided on the cord with its both ends being looped to interlock with the clasp; the slings have looped elements also to interlock with the claps, and pockets to attach the spacing bar of the length related to the shoulder width of a trainee.

EFFECT: extended area of use ensured by universalised fixation and provided transformability of the training apparatus, as well as higher efficiency for feet training.
